Last week Real Housewives of Atlanta's Cynthia Bailey's ex husband Peter Thomas was arrested at Miami International airport on a fugitive warrant for writing bad checks in Louisiana [click here if you missed that].

In a video posted on Instagram Peter gave thanks for being able to move around as he pleases and promised his followers an explanation tomorrow.
