On Friday Real Housewives of Atlanta ex-husband Peter Thomas was arrested for check fraud charges at Miami International airport on a fugitive warrant out of Louisiana [click here if you missed that].
Peter proclaims his innocence...
In an official statement, Thomas said the allegations were false. He said he will be "acquitted from any wrongdoing."
No bond has been set.
