The lawsuit claims the singer took out a lease in 2016 on the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom mansion in Bell Canyon, CA. Alsina agreed to pay $10,000 per month but allegedly stopped payments in February 2019.
Howard claims he gave Alsina a 3-day notice at the beginning of March, but is now filing suit to collect the money. Howard is suing to evict Alsina, as well as collect the $20,000 owed.August recently assumed the responsibility of raising his three nieces following the death of his sister.
