From People
According to the documents obtained by PEOPLE, Tammy Brawner, a former Harlem Globetrotter, was granted full legal and physical custody of the former couple’s 3-year-old daughter Zoey.
McCrary, who has been ordered to attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers’ intervention classes within 12 months, will get professional monitored visitation with Zoey every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., until he’s completed 10 visits. During this time, he’s required to enroll in and complete six parenting classes.
Then, he will be allowed to have non-professional monitored visits with a designated family member, until he’s completed 10 visits. Next, he gets unmonitored weekly visitation with Zoey. During this step, he’s required to enroll in and complete 10 co-parenting classes, which may be done individually.
McCrary has also been ordered to submit to two more random drug tests within the next 60 days.
