Earlier this year a Georgia woman named Laura Helm sued pop star Usher Raymond after accusing him of infecting her with the herpes virus [click here if you missed that].
Now Usher wants details from the case kept under seal...
According to reports Usher Raymond has filed a motion requesting a gag order on the case claiming he is facing embarrassment and damage to his reputation if his sexual activities, intimate partners and medical records become public.
Usher is also concerned about the media using information from his case for profit.
The ruling is pending.
