Currently Russelll is pushing to have one of the accuser's lawsuit against him dismissed...

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Simmons refers to the lawsuit — which was filed by a woman only known as Jane Doe back in March — as a “work of pure fiction.”
Simmons says that while Doe does not know when the incident took, he believes their interaction occurred in 1988 … which means the statute of limitations has expired.
The lawsuit, he claims, “is nothing more than an attempt by Jane Doe to extort large sums of money from Mr. Simmons and for her lawyer to try to make a name for himself.”
