This week the shooter who killed Angela Simmons' baby daddy Sutton Tennyson turned himself in and was charged with murder in Atlanta [click here if you missed that].
The judge just denied him bond...
Michael Williams was denied bond at his first court appearance on Thursday and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing Nov. 20.
According to local news reports Tennyson was walking away from the Michael at the time of the shooting.
