Earlier this month "Ray Donovan" star Pooch Hall was arrested for DUI and child endangerment after putting his 2-year-old son behind the wheel of his car and crashing into a curb after getting too drunk to drive [click here if you missed that].
Pooch has formally been charged...
According to reports Marion "Pooch" Hall has been hit with felony child abuse and DUI charges.
Pooch, who's blood alcohol level was more than 3 times the legal limit, is facing up to 6 years in prison.
