Last year Spice Girl Mel B's former nanny Lorraine Giles filed a defamation of character lawsuit after Mel called Lorraine a home wrecker and a prostitute during her messy divorce from Stephen Belafonte [click here if you missed that].
The case is moving forward...
According to reports Mel B lost her final appeal to have the case dismissed and the first hearing is set for February 4, 2019.
Lorraine is armed with the same videos showing threesome sex and drug use with Mel B and Stephen Belafonte that were used in Mel and Stephen's divorce.
Giles is seeking $2 million in damages.
