Earlier this month rapper Fabolous was indicted on four felony charges for assaulting his baby mama Emily Bustamante [click here if you missed that].
Fab just pleaded not guilty to the charges...
According to reports Fabolous pleaded not guilty in Bergen County court on Monday and is preparing to accept a plea deal that will keep him out of jail.
Fab is due back in court in December.
