Two weeks ago 81 year-old comedian Bill Cosby was sentenced to three - 10 years in prison after being convicted of sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand back in 2004 [click here if you missed that].
Now Cosby is hoping for a whole new trial...
According to reports lawyer's for Bill Cosby filed a motion this week requesting his conviction and sentence be overturned.
Cosby believes the judge in his case should have recused himself because of a conflict of interest.
More than 60 women have accused Bill Cosby of drugging and assaulting them.
