Now Nia insists the money is for their daughter's safety...
According to reports Nia Guzman is claiming she needs an increase in child support to keep their daughter safe from Chris Brown's obsessive fans.
Nia claims people come up to Royalty trying to take her picture and camp outside her apartment building which is easily accessible from the street.
Chris currently pays $2,500 a month in support.
