Back in May the LA District Attorney rejected a criminal case against R&B singer Trey Songz after he was accused of assaulting a lady friend for speaking to one of his boys at a house party in the Hollywood Hills [click here if you missed that].
Now the victim is going after Trey in civil court...
According to reports former stripper Andrea Buera is suing Trey Songz claiming he beat her and humiliated her in front of his friends by making her remove her shorts because they belonged to someone else.
Burea claims Trey punched her several times, leaving bruises about her face and body and her left eye swollen shut.
She is seeking unspecified damages.
