Back in December R&B singer Trey Songz was slapped with a lawsuit after assaulting a girl at a strip club in Philadelphia [click here if you missed that].
Now Trey is being sued again for the same incident...
According to reports the cousin of the original victim is also suing Trey Songz.
The new lawsuit claims Trey grabbed the victim by the arm and twisted her wrist after her cousin tried to snap his picture in the parking lot of the Vanity Grand Cabaret.
The accuser claims the incident caused her to become depressed and seek psychiatric treatment and claims her injuries may cause "cosmetic disfigurement."
She is seeking unspecified damages.
