Two years ago waiters at Clifford 'T.I.' Harris' closed Atlanta restaurant Scales 925 sued the rapper over unpaid wages [click here if you missed that].
T.I. just settled the case...
According to reports T.I. just agreed to settle with 9 of the 11 waiters for $8,333.00 a piece plus $25k in attorneys fees.
The employees claimed the restaurant used faulty payroll software that did not record more than 40 hours a week and routinely shaved hours and also deducted tips for the busboys that were never paid out and deducted $4 for broken dishes even when there were none.
