In February 2018 former pro basketball player Rasual Butler and 2004 American Idol contestant Leah LaBelle died in a single car crash in Studio City, CA [click here if you missed that].
Toxicology reports show Rasual had drugs and alcohol in his system...
According to the coroner's report Rasual tested positive for alcohol, marijuana, methamphetamie and oxycodone, while Leah's blood alcohol level was listed at .144. There was also an empty Tequila bottle in the back seat of the Range Rover they were riding in.
Rasual was driving at 3 times the speed limit when he lost control, hit a parking meter and flipped the truck several times.
Contrary to reports the couple were not married.
