According to reports Scrappy's friend, rapper Ca$ino Roulette, has hired a lawyer and is planning to sue Scrappy for damages.
Ca$ino Roulette sustained broken ribs, a concussion, bruised lungs, liver and kidneys and endured 2 major surgeries to repair his ruptured large intestine.
Ca$ino accuses Scrappy of being negligent after falling asleep behind the wheel.
