According to reports artist Isiah Eugene Simon is suing Nicki Minaj and Universal Music Group claiming Nicki stole his idea for using an inverted heart to depict a bikinied bottom.
Apparently the design is registered with U.S. Copyright Office.
The artist is seeking an immediate injunction stopping sales, wants UMG to remove the t-shirt from their website plus unspecified damages.
