Back in 2016 comedian Katt Williams was arrested in East Point, GA for throwing a salt shaker at the manager of Spondivits Seafood in a dispute over seating [click here if you missed that].
Now the manager is suing...
According to reports the manager of Spondivits filed a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court this week claiming Katt Williams “became annoyed and irate and without provocation intentionally threw a glass salt shaker."
The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance immediately following the incident where his injuries required surgery and ten stitches.
The accuser is seeking unspecified damages for extreme mental anguish and physical pain, medical and legal fees and expenses.
