Last month R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested and booked on felony domestic violence charges after former stripper Andrea Buera accused him of brutally assaulting her and smashing her cell phones at his house party in the Hollywood Hills [click here if you missed that].
Trey will NOT be facing any felony charges...
According to reports the L.A. District Attorney rejected the felony case after several witnesses contradicted Andrea's version of events and Trey's attorney Shawn Holley provided evidence regarding Andrea's credibility.
The case has been sent to a lower court to determine whether or not Trey will face misdemeanor domestic violence charges.
