Actress Sherri Shepherd's first ex-husband seeking more child support after winning custody battle...
According to reports Sherri Shepherd's first ex husband, Jeff Tarpley, is seeking an increase in child support after being awarded more visitation with their 13-year-old son Jeff Jr.
Sherri currently pays $131 a month, but Jeff argues her income has increased vastly since the order was first put in place.
The next hearing is set for May.
