Last month a woman in California filed a $10 million lawsuit against embattled music mogul Russell Simmons claiming he raped her after threatening to rape her son [click here if you missed that].
Russell calls the accuser a liar...
In legal docs filed this week Russell Simmons claims the accuser, Jennifer Jarosik, has been previously found by the courts to have a ‘propensity to exaggerate'; (2) to suffer from ‘untreated mental health issues,’ and (3) to be ‘unfit to properly parent’ her young son.”
Russell admits the two had a causal relationship over ten years, but insists every sexual encounter was consensual and that the alleged victim sent him unsolicited nudes and affectionate text messages after the alleged incident.
Russell calls the lawsuit a complete work of fiction.
