We hear that a number of picketers were outside Dolce & Gabbana’s new Mercer Street concept space on Wednesday, sporting signs that said “Fur Is Dead” and “Dolce & Gabbana blood on their hands.”
But “when Naomi Campbell walked in, she gave them the middle finger,” a fashionable spy told us.
A rep for the miffed supermodel explained: “She wasn’t wearing fur, and the protesters were screaming at her and heckling everyone.”
