According to reports Tokyo Toni's lawsuit against Wendy Williams was tossed out because Tokyo never served Wendy with a summons and did not show up in court to ask for an extension.
Tokyo claimed she was unable to eat or sleep because of Wendy's constant barrage of harassment.
