Back in November Laura Helm withdrew her lawsuit against R&B singer Usher after audio leaked of her claiming she'd never had unprotected sex with the singer despite claiming he'd infected her with the herpes virus [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Laura Helm refiled her lawsuit in Georgia last week citing negligence, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and fraud.
The lawsuit claims, “Plaintiff suffers mentally and emotionally from the humiliation and stigma attached (to) a single woman infected with the incurable Herpes SV2.”
She is seeking unspecified damages.
