Earlier this month Nick Gordon was arrested in Seminole, FL for assaulting his girlfriend Laura Leal [click here if you missed that].
Nick pleads not guilty...
According to reports Nick Gordon's attorney entered a not guilty plea on Nick's behalf this week on misdemeanor battery charges.
Nick's girlfriend Laura Leal has written the judge taking full responsibility for the fight and begging for the no-contact order to be lifted. Her request was denied.
Nick Gordon's next hearing for April 6 has been waived.
