Two years ago music producer Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke lost their pre-emptive lawsuit against the Estate of Marvin Gaye after they were accused of copying 'Got to Give It Up' for their smash hit single 'Blurred Lines [click here if you missed that.]'
The guys just lost again...
According to reports Pharrell and Robin just lost again on appeal and are responsible for the $5.3 million original judgment.
