Last year siblings Kylie Jenner and Rob Kardashian banded together to sue Rob's baby mama, former stripper Blac Chyna, for trashing the house Rob was renting from Kylie [click here if you missed that].
Kylie has removed herself from the lawsuit...
According to reports Kylie Jenner requested to be removed from the lawsuit because Rob Kardashian repaired the damages himself.
As a result Blac Chyna's request to have Kylie sit for a deposition was denied.
Rob is seeking more than $100, 000 in damages.
