According to reports Omar Epps is being sued by an actress who claims he broke her arm back in 2016 during a scene from USA show Shooter.
Donzaliegh Abernathy claims Epps broke her arm after deviating from the script and improvising his own fight sequence during a scene when he was supposed to kill her.
Abernathy, who was 59 at the time, says Omar threw his left forearm into her right arm with full force and then dropped her hard on the ground.
Production had to be shut down and Abernathy was taken to the hospital and treated for a broken arm.
The actress is suing Omar Epps and Paramount Pictures for negligence, assault and battery, pain and suffering and she wants her present and future medical bills paid.
