Back in 2012 author Angela Stanton exposed former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks' criminal history in her memoir 'Lies of a Real Housewife [click here if you missed that].'

Now Angela is appearing on the BET reality show 'From the Bottom Up...'

Filming From the Bottom Up was fun and rewarding. But at times the self reflection was hard. I know where I’ve been, I know what I’ve done and I also know which battles I’ve lost as well as the battles I’ve won.
