Last month TV talk show host Tavis Smiley was fired from PBS after being accused sexually harassing his co-workers [click here if you missed that].
Tavis is back to work...
According to reports Tavis Smiley has inked a deal to host a new talk show called “The Upside with Tavis Smiley” which will stream online and air on The Word Network.
Tavis is also headed out on a five city "town hall" tour to discuss relationships in the workplace.
