Back in November actor Jesse Williams and estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee reached a child custody agreement in their bitter divorce battle [click here if you missed that].
Now Jesse is accusing Aryn of violating their agreement...
According to reports Jesse Williams has filed a request to modify their custody agreement after accusing Aryn of withholding the kids over the holidays.
Jesse claims he was allowed very little time with the children on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and not allowed to see them at all for New Years. Jesse also accuses Aryn of refusing to answer his FaceTime calls and of cutting the calls short when he is able to get through.
Jesse wants a more formal agreement enforced by the courts.
