According to reports Mel has agreed to pay Stephen $4.5 million over the next three years plus $4 million after the sale of their house.
Mel and Stephen were married for just under 10 years.
Fun Fact: Stephen must destroy all sex tapes the couple made during their marriage and if they ever surface Stephen will be liable for millions in damages.
