Back in April Mel B filed for divorce after accusing Stephen Belafonte of sexual exploitation and physical abuse [click here if you missed that].
Now, according to reports, Mel B has agreed to drop the domestic violence claims just days before the trial was set to begin.
Meanwhile Mel was granted an extension on her restraining order against Stephen and her former nanny Lorraine Giles and Stephen was granted visitation with his and Mel's 6 year-old daughter.
A portion of their property division has also been settled.
Last night Stephen shared a video celebrating his victory on Instagram.
