Earlier this year Tamar Braxton's husband Vincent Herbert was sued by Sony Records after they claimed Vincent took a $5 million advance for his Streamline record label and then cut a back-door deal with Interscope, leaving Sony out of the money loop [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Vincent failed to show up in court and Sony has been awarded a default judgment of $3.7 million.
