Diddy Wins Legal Round
Last month Sean Diddy Combs fired back at his former chef, who is trying to sue him for sexual harassment, insisting the case be sent to arbitration [click here if you missed that].

This week a Los Angeles judge upheld the arbitration agreement Cindy Ruedea signed when she took the job and ruled the case be heard in private arbitration and not in the courts.
Rueda also claims was lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and then fired after she took the bait.
Apparently a maid had given her a watch that she claimed had been found discarded in a trash can.
