Back in January New York Hip Hop personality Daryl 'Taxstone' Campbell was arrested in connection with the shooting death of rapper Troy Ave's bodyguard Ronald McPhatter [click here if you missed that].
Taxstone has been formally indicted...
According to reports Taxstone was indicted on 2nd degree murder charges at a hearing in Manhattan on Thursday.
Tax has pleaded not guilty.
