Back in 2015 Terrence Howard's divorce settlement to his third ex-wife Michelle Ghent was thrown out after he accused her of threatening to release damaging information about him if he did not agree to a large pay-out [click here and here if you missed that].

According to reports the 2nd District Court of Appeals in Los Angeles reinstated the original judgment paving the way for Michelle to get a chunk of Terrence's Empire paycheck.
The original settlement called for Michelle to receive $5,800 a month in alimony and up to $4 million a year based on Terrence's income.
