Earlier this month Nick Gordon was arrested on domestic battery charges after assaulting his girlfriend, Laura Leal, at his mother's house in Sanford, FL [click here if you missed that].
Nick has pleaded not guilty...
According to reports Nick Gordon pleaded not guilty to domestic violence and kidnapping charges and has requested a trial by jury.
Incidentally, the victim, Laura Leal, has agreed to cooperate with the Fulton County D.A. in their investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown [click here if you missed that].
