Earlier this year the Ace of Diamond strip club in LA filed a defamation of character lawsuit against former stripper Amber Rose after she publicly claimed to have bought the club after she sneakily filed to trademark their name [click here if you missed that].
Now the original AOD owners have filed to dismiss the case...
According to reports SKWS Enterprises have filed a motion notifying the court they wish to dismiss all claims against Amber Rose and are requesting the case be officially closed.
Meanwhile Amber, who was NOT granted the trademark, is moving forward with her Ace of Diamonds Monday club plans.
