Richard M. Taylor was arrested on Monday after attacking a security guard at the Marenas Beach Resort in Miami who asked him to take his feet off a table in the lobby.
After Taylor refused the security asked the front desk to call police agitating Taylor who then shoved the guard to the ground.
Taylor was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery.
Richard M. Taylor starred as Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight in the 2015 critically acclaimed N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton.
