Last year NBA great Moses Malone's son Moses Jr accused Houston Rockets James Harden of sending goons to beat and rob him outside a Houston strip club after he made a Facebook status blasting James for overcharging kids for his summer basketball camp [click here if you missed that].
Now Moses Jr. is suing...
According to reports James Harden has been added to the lawsuit Moses Malone Jr. filed against defunct Houston strip club V Live claiming bodyguards for the club were acting on orders of James Harden when they attacked him.
Malone claims the Facebook status was mentioned though out his beating and that James Harden was inside the club at the time.
He is seeking unspecified damages.
