Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were spotted together publicly this week for the first time since Easter accompanying their children to a family friend's birthday celebration at Disneyland.
Kanye was dressed in a hooded sweatshirt, cap and blue jean jacket despite the 75 degree weather.
