Earlier today news leaked that Chris Brown would not be appearing in court today to testify in his own defense after ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran filed for a restraining order [click here if you missed that].
Karrueche didn't show up either...
According to reports Karrueche thought she would be able to testify by telephone today because she is filming a movie in New Orleans but the judge did not allow it because she did not give sufficient notice.
The case has been continued until Karrueche files the proper paperwork.
