Real Housewives of Atlanta pariah Phaedra Parks' estranged husband Apollo Nida fighting to have their prenup thrown out...
According to reports Apollo has filed a motion to have the prenup he signed in October 2009 thrown out because just months after he signed it Phaedra was cast on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Apollo believes he deserves a cut.
Phaedra disagrees and insists the prenup should stand.
The case is ongoing.
