According to reports Beyonce accuses the Estate of Anthony 'Messy Mya' Barre of 'grossly overstating' the use of his spoken words for Formation and has asked the judge to dismiss the case.
In the beginning of the song Mya is heard saying 'What happened at the New Orleans' and 'I'm back! By popular demand!'
The Estate is seeking $20 million in damages.
