According to reports Nicki Minaj's older brother Jelani Maraj turned down a a plea deal for 15 years to life for predatory assault of a child and will instead take his chances in court.
Jelani ia accused a repeatedly raping and sodomizing a 12-year-old girl over an eight month period in 2015 [click here if you missed that].
Jelani maintains his innocence, though his DNA was found on the girl's clothing, and insists the victim had many other lovers.
