Two years ago Love and Hip Hop Hollywood starlet Teairra Mari was arrested for assaulting her Uber driver after he refused to allow her to use his cell phone charger [click here if you missed that].
The charges have been thrown out....
According to reports the Uber driver was a no-show in court last week leading to all three charges being dismissed.
Teairra had been facing misdemeanor charges of battery, theft and vandalism with possible jail time if convicted.
