According to reports a Texas jury cleared Steve Harvey of breach of contract charges and agreed that videographer Joseph Cooper had no right to sell video he was hired to film at Steve Harvey's Dallas comedy club back in 1993.
Steve claims Joseph had been threatening to sell the video for years, unless Steve coughed up $50 million.
The tapes, more than 120 hours worth, are said to contain comedy sets with Steve telling his audience to go assault old white women and instructing them to spit on white people.
