Last year pop star ciara filed a $15 million defamation of character lawsuit after her baby daddy, rapper Future, claiming he damaged her reputation by calling her a bad mom and a control freak on Twitter [click here if you missed that].

According to TMZ the case has been dismissed "with prejudice" meaning Ciara can't refile it.
The source also claims Future didn't have to pay a dime for the dismissal.
